Proof of account hacked

I have withdraw R300 on the 29 October till today i didnt receive it,when i follow up the agent tells me that it was revesed and play casino which i didnt play any casino, so now the agent tells me that my account is hacked so meaning i lost the funds

So i request betway to give me a prove that my account was hacked and casino was played on that day after funds was reverse

Am at work what was the reason for the call

As betway agent told me i was hacked so i need a proof that i was hacked i cant take it verbally without proof

I have never share my account and do links thats why am so suprised how can betway tells me i was hacked so please investigate with yiur it specialies or cyber security

I believe big company like betway can trace the devicea that was in my account
