Promotion Issues
I placed a bet on the double your payout promotion which they had for the Springboks handicap which I opted in for. I have already waited past 72 hours for a resolution. When I contact their customer service I keep on being told this has been escalated. This was suppose to have been credited within 48 hours. The Betslip ID: ***. I keep being told to wait further as they say the matter is escalated. I have seen a lot complaints regarding the same problem when you opt into their promotion and would recommend you never opt in to their promotions just to be safe.
