Promotion

There are promo's running but it seems they are very misleading. I logged a complaint and it hasn't been fixed yet I've been waiting for a week now and still nothing. I keep writing to them and explaining what's going on but all I get told is to wait 24/48 hrs, it's been. 7 days now I've been told the same thing and what's frustrating is they not taking anything seriously. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love using Betway as it's very user friendly with no complications but the promo's they run and their turn around is so disappointing. It's the 2nd week now and still trying to get the same promo but I'm met with nothing. The consultants need to be trained more on communication because they seem to not understand the extent of my situation. I've provided proof to them all I get wait 24/48 hrs
