Promos not being credited by Betway
The software is great but the customer service is lacking. After 4 chat requests I eventually got to speak to an agent Keli regards promotions that were not being credited to my account. She advised me I had no opted in for the promotions but I did. Every week same way but suddenly for the last few weeks I don't get my bonuses. After 30 mins of chatting I gave up
