Prime Time Promo not allocated
On Tuesday the 7th of Dec 2021 I qualified for the Prime Time Promotion,I made a deposit and bet accordingly. Untill today the 9th I have not received my Free Bets and the promo states taht the Free Bets is only valid for the 8th. I've tried numerous channels but I always get cut off. The last (the 8th) I was told the issue is will be escalated and can take 24-48hrs,even with the Free Bets only being valid for the 8th.
