Price not received, ref ***
I won a grocery voucher with the betway scratch promotion on 27/07/2***. The competition rules stated that winners will be contacted within 48hours, on 28/07 /2023 I contacted betway daily from 28.07.2023 via email, betway chat app, Facebook and telephonically everyday(betway ref no ***), I never received any response yet, when I call they say that the call has been escalated, I forwarded the proof that I won to betway, what more must I do to receive my price, can someone from betway please assist, thank you

The R1000.00 loaded amounts to the grocery voucher value. As explained, we were having a delay in receiving the grocery voucher from our supplier, hence the loading of the cash into your Betway account.
