Postponed Game Not Updated!!!
I thought Betway was way more better than other betting sites. The game between amaZulu and Marumo gallants was postponed but was not corrected on my betslip so cash out was not offered. I contacted them several times through live chat, Facebook page, even called them but I was told different things untill my ticked got settled. Out of 33 teams, 2 teams didn't go through which would have been avoided by cash out.
I wouldn't have stressed so much over their terms and conditions about cash out if there wasn't this fixture that they kept on saying it was voided but still showing "not resulted" on my ticket.
Very disappointed!!!!
