Poor withdrawing terms
Accidentally deposited 5000 instead of R50 only when I try to withdraw it from my account they say it is against the T&cs. But how can they deny me from withdrawing my money that was accidentally deposited

Generally, deposits made into any Betway Account have to be wagered in full in order to be eligible for any future withdrawals. A 1-to-1 ratio is applicable in all instances (For every R1 deposit, that very same rand has to be wagered in full) as a measure for us to protect ourselves and customers from exploiting and misusing our product and services.
