Poor service - pay back the money
On the 13th March 2021 I deposited R300 and to this date my money is still not reflecting. Following multiple chats with their consultants nothing has materialized yet. Pay back the money Betway

Firstly, I'm querying the deposit made on the 13th March. Your email refers to two payments. Secondly, I already emailed proof of deposit on the 14th already and 3 of your chat agents have confirmed receipt of my email.
Thirdly, please send me a proper email address of someone I can email the proof to.
