Poor service from Betway SA.
I have not been able to withdraw money from Betway since November 28th 2025. I have tried contacting call centre with no luck as You have to wait for an agent to assist for 5hours on the line with no help, Live chat queue for another 5hours and you still get no one to assist.
I am disappointed with Betway.
No explanation and no solution in sight, just my money from my winnings sitting there.
Kindly assist in this matter.
