Poor service

I made a deposit of R100 and R50 on the 29th of July, the money was taken off my account but it never appeared on my betway account.. I’ve been making contact with betway but with little to none assistance.. I’ve been told to go to the bank for proof of payment but those POP was incorrect according to them..I was told the matter is escalated but no one comes back to me with feedback..today the lady I spoke to was very rude an told me to make peace with the fact that the money is lost an gone. I think It’s okay cause I’ve wasted more money than what I’ve deposited to get this matter resolved..calling, driving to the bank and following up.. it’s just too much. The lady I spoke to today told me that the funds were credited into my account which she meant that I’ve been lying with making any deposit.. that’s sad.. but it’s cool. “It’s all lost an gone”.
