Poor service.
I deposited 200 over 2 weeks ago and my money has not reflected. I sent betway proof of payment with all detail, they then respond saying there email address does not work I must use the chat. The chat is useless it's been down since day 1, nobody responds ever.
Still I don't have my refund. I call in at 11 pm because it's the only ****in time they answer the phone, the idiot puts me on hold and costs me R30 waiting for him to re address my query only to cut me off with no resolution.
