Poor experience
Well the 4th agent that I spoke to was great. She articulated well and called me to walk me through the process. She was unbelievable and calm. I appreciate her efforts. She escalated my issue immediately and today the money was put into my betway account. HOWEVER Over the past 3 days I have made the decision to stop betting with Betway. The gaming experience has been extremely poor. I know its little money that I spend but the manner in which I lost was disgraceful. Limited to 3 free games over 3 the past days. That's 350 rand over the past 3 days with only 3 free games. After i downloaded the new app on Monday. This was the start to this disaster. I can not make any money using this new version of the app. The Betway hot hot fruits is disgraceful to out it lightly. I could not believe how quickly you loose money. I am now moving to Hollywoodbets who is not great but at least you get some free games and know you have a chance of winning something. I am sure the people in my circle are doing the same. Thank you for giving me this option to discuss my experience. Having used betway for a for amount of time its no different from other betting sites. Your winning time frames are very far apart. Meaning if i make a withdrawal [winning] today the next time I will be able to make money is a month from now. It is so evident in the pattern. Wishing you all the best. Regards Shaun Sagathaven
