Poor customer service!!
I’m extremely disappointed with Betway,been trying to withdraw my money since the 2nd week of November till today I haven’t received it.I was told to wait for a call from a supervisor as this was escalated.Terrible customer service! I want my money I don’t even have to explain to Betway agents what I will do with my own money,this is not how you should be treating people.Contact number registered on the account is ***
