Poor customer service!!!!!

I'm so disappointed with this gambling company were I need to call them everyday to unlock my account. My account was attempted to be hacked and let them know I've sent all the requested docs but still now it's more than 3days now. And I have money on my account. I regret why I left Hollywood staright this is nonsense really.
