Poor customer service and empty promises
Customer service is very poor agents refuse to listen to punter although I ended up being correct. According to Betway I was a prize winner, 3-4 months later still haven’t received my prize

It was only a setup to try and retain me as a customer. And yes I have screenshots available and all that will happen is that I will receive another excuse as to why it was never delivered.
