Poor customer service

Most frustrating company Ive ever dealt with .Wont allow me to withdraw any funds but are more than happy to allow deposits.Do everything they ask fica ,password reset and ask for confirmation that everything is correct ,when i follow up as to why i still cant withdraw funds there is always a issue and i must allow 24-48hours and will escalate to the relevant departments but never hear back unless you query them .They will do everything in there power to delay you from withdrawing winnings , i have to now again wait 48hours to be told to do something and probably again after that.They dont value you as a customer only your money .
