Poor customer service

Betway's customer service is utterly poor, their customer support is highly pathetic, they do not respond to customers' requests on time and personally feel like they do not even respect their own customers. Imagine a customer makes a deposit into his betway account for the deposit to not reflect and their service consultants don't even bother to assist you promptly. disgusting services indeed from these guys
