Poor customer service

Poor customer service, no response to emails or live chat .Sent an email with a query to *** , it has been more than 24hours and still no response. Waited for more than 2 hours in their live chat platform but no agent to chat to , my query still not yet attended to .

I would to get clarification on your bet saver offer,

I placed 2 multi bets today , the first bet was for 14 legs and the second had 10 legs , they both qualified for a bet saver offer if 1 leg loses. 1 leg got postponed , 1 leg lost on both bets , Technically I lost with 1 leg , how is the bet saver offer going to be recalculated ?
