Please refund my money, I am fed up with your services

After waiting 5 weeks for my account to be unlocked and my money refunded. I am now battling with a simple withdrawal request. On Monday I did an eft request which didn't come through and then I reversed it and did a ewallet request which has been hanging on verification stage for 3 day. Today I realized that they have reversed it back into the gaming app these people are ******. Please refund me back my money so we can go our separate ways.
