Personal phone call from Betway to resolve issue
After a few hickups with a delayed payout, a supervisor from Betway phoned me personally and the problem was then immediately resolved. Betway then also provided me with a Promo Voucher as a token of their apology. Thank you for your personal follow-up and for promptly resolving the matter.
