Payout query
I recently placed a bet with R20 and my returns were supposed to be R95. The payout was R15 instead of R95. I sent a payout query but there was no response. I could only withdraw a certain amount of money from my account and i cannot withdraw all of it to close it up. I also struggle to place bets most of the time.

What was noted regarding the ticket being disputed is that you opted for an Early Cash Out, thus agreeing to take the revised offer presented to you at the time.
Put simply, to cash out means that you can get money back on your bet at any time during the event you've bet on, not just when the event is over. The amount you get back depends on the point during the event which you cash out, and because of that, you may actually get less out than the money you initially laid down.
