Payout not paid due to cancellation but other platforms paid out

I played uk49 lucky numbers on the 25/04/2025 tea time and won. However the draw was cancelled and did not receive my payout, upon calling Betway they say the draw was cancelled by uk49 and that it was confirmed by uk49 . I tried requesting the confirmation correspondence to confirm whether the draw has been cancelled and Betway refuses to give me proof. Another thing that is puzzling on the same draw team time Hollywood bets paid out the winnings. So how can 1 betting platform payout and the other doesn’t pay out, uk49 is one thing and should pay out on all platforms or cancel the draw on all platforms. What’s even more interesting is my friend ( details won’t disclose) who also played tea time and bet on Betway received their payout on Betway ! Imagine that ! Something fishy is going on here. Phoning Betway customer services they say they will not pay out my winnings and return my initial bet amount. I hope this review goes out and reaches and much people as possible not to join Betway as they blame third party errors but they pay out certain individuals for the same draw that was supposedly cancelled by uk49 U are able to see the draw in the internet and payouts happened on other betting platforms
