I got a call today from betway it was a female person,her service was extremely poor towards me.she gave me an email to send my short screen of my 12 Feb 2026 uk teatime slip,an email is *** but when I send what she required the email doesn't go through.I don't know what to do I'm tired 😞 of this because anyone who can assist come with stories.I'm still going to fight for what is rightful to me.I must get my R2,805 today if this issue can't resolve today.I will report this further.

Thank you.but I bet uk teatime on 12 February 2026 on my slip of uk teatime the results of UK drive time appeared on my UK teatime slip which is wrong when I saw the results of uk teatime I win two numbers plus bonus which is 1,21 bonus is 48,I bet with R1 which payout amount is R2,805 to be credited in my betway account till now no money.as customer is not my problem for incorrect results on my teatime slip is company system issue not me and the company should do the right thing.
