I've been having problems with getting my funds from betway. Since the 28th of April 2021 I've been phoning them as well as sending emails from the 29th April 2021 with regards to my withdrawal. I requested withdrawals from the 29th April 2021-3rd May 2021 and have not yet received the money. I've sent all requested documents (ID's, statement, proof of account-even my marriage certificate) I'd just like to know when I'd be receiving the money or when it will be reflecting as I am waiting for a very long time and the money is really needed,debts need to be paid. I've always thought Betway as a way to get a second income or more money especially if you work for peanuts -a way so that you can get to everything (life is expensive). They say wait for 24-72hours, but I have waited longer than expected - and I'm still waiting.
I was assisted on the 5th of May 2021 - Thank you. I am however still struggling with my paperwork(fical, I am still being asked to send my proof of account even though I sent in the week and also in February. I made withdrawals in the week and received it using the same account number, but can't seem to get the withdrawal of the 7th May 2021 - I've been asked to send a proof of account again. I was told that withdrawals aren't processed during the weekend, but there were a few times when I received money on a Saturday.
I've been sending emails with my fica and with regards to the withdrawal of the 7th of May 2021, which was refunded and I requested it a again today - I'd just like to enquire as to when I will be receiving it as the last time I had to wait a few days for the money.
