Pathetic service
Very disappointed again 😞, I don't even want to give a 1 star yesterday ibwithdrew an amount of R2500 into my account from betway the money I won they said moneybpaid into account nothing went in but the R100 I withdrew went through so fast I even contacted my bank they said no uncleared amount for R2500 only R100 and when I tried chatting to betway no human chats I'm so angry

03 Oct 2025, 06:15I Don't even know where to begin, I am still very disappointed as it's now been 4 days gone I still never receive my R2500 I spoke to Herbert who said he escalated it it's now 2 days after escalation I still don't have the funds I need the R2500 in my account I have sent them numerous bank statement which I am paying for the fault is they side and Noone is willing to assist ,also now when I log on to betway games are under maintance when I play a game they give error message and take the money then the I made another withdrawal of R493 still waiting for that to be paid also I never have any issue with hollywoodbets betway is terrible I need my money by today or I will take further steps very disappointed

03 Oct 2025, 09:25Please be advised that it is already 4 Days gone I am quite sure it will bot take so long for a trace I was also told wait time is between 0 to 48hours so please don't delay as it Is the weekend and I have sent through proof that money was not deposited and I have received the R493 it seems only small figures you guys don't have a problem paying but when it comes to our big amounts you stall . Please sort it asap
