Pathetic service
I have extremely had it with betway. Such a pathetic customer service ever. I won last and I made a mistake by using ewallet on the old number. Visited the bank and they can't help because they need a pin for withdrawal. Spoke to numerous consultants and they seem to know their job instead they sending me to pillar to post. The last consultant was very unprofessional she even left the live chat while chatting to her. What a poor customer service af

15 Jul 2021, 13:02No one is returning my calls. I'm being sent to pillar to post. Just spoke to Jared and he is telling me about 3-5days. I made a withdrawal last week Friday. It's exactly a week now looking resolution. This is going out of hand.
