Pathetic customer service!!
I Joined betway yesterday evening, deposited my money,played a while, got an error message stating that my account has been suspended and that I should chat to support,I attempted for a good hour or more to chat to an agent on live support to no avail,I attempted to call and finished R30 attempted listening to the stupid waiting tone,I emailed them and got no response,at this point just send my remaining money back to my bank account I want nothing to do with an establishment like this ,now I'm locked out of my account and unable to withdraw my money we not here to give Betway free money!! Do not use Betway!
