Pathetic customer service!!

I have been a long standing customer , but no more all I want is my money , I did a withdrawal 2 weeks ago for R4000 , 2 days ago they deposited R1000 after numerous calls on my side and up to now they have still not contacted and the are not telling me if there is an issue

But why was it not paid out and now refunded to my account who gave you the authority to do that, you did not have the right and you still refuse to call me show me that you are trying ???? I am waiting for your call !!!!!

And you would rather have a whole big discussion with your customer instead of discussing it privately I'm sure you must have the greatest reputation shows your level of mentality ....
