Outrageous behavior

Betway have confiscated all of my earnings do to "errors" that they have made and have pushed that responsibility on me. It's outrageous that a company can hold a customer liable for errors on its own part. The behavior of the staff was unkind and rude via telephone. I unfortunately can't say more or risk my review being taken down.
