Had an issue with cashing out due to system shut down and initially did not get joy from service agents, however the last agent who assisted me took over and resolved the issue within 15 minutes. He turned the bad experience into a much better service experience, treated me fairly as the client/customer, attended my enquiry with an understanding and clear feedback was communicated to me.
