On the Live Chat option, earlier this evening. I was assisted by an extremely helpful agent, named Dipuo. Unfortunately, i never got her surname. However, my query was resolved swiftly whilst her being played by my internet connection. After, waiting in a queue, due to high Volumes, being assisted by an agent like Dipuo, is excellent. 🙏🏽 Give that lady a raise!
