On Friday I made a withdrawal request from my Betway app, and over the course of the weekend I made more withdrawals, using the eft option
On Friday I made a withdrawal request from my Betway app, and over the course of the weekend I made more withdrawals, using the eft option. I have not yet received my withdrawals. I tried to contact Betway via the live chat but the agents never connected, I also tried to call Betway but my calls were not answered. I want to find out what happened to my withdrawals.

27 Oct 2021, 07:48As much as the manage tried his best to resolve my issue, I only received the standard bank instant money. I have not yet received my 4 eft withdrawals. This is annoying as I have requested the withdrawals on Saturday. This is unprofessional. The Betway live chat doesn’t work, they don’t answer calls.

I received my standard bank instant money withdrawal. I am still waiting for my other EFT withdrawals which I made on Saturday. Betway also need to improve their live chat of remove it.
