NOT PAYING WITHDRAWALS
I have been waiting since the 24 November for my withdrawal to be completed, apparently in review but none of your agents (call centre, chat, social) can give a reason as it's with a different department. Twice it has been reversed by you with no explanation, I would like my funds ASAP!!! I will be escalating this further not just for me but everyone that is having this problem, seems that it's widespread. I have ZERO issues with any of the gambling companies in SA, they payout is near instant or within an hour.
