Not happy

Previously would allow payments from 1 voucher to be paid in and then withdraw out without hassle. I didn't use Betway bucks I chose Betway payments and it deposited it to Betway from 1 voucher platform.. Now it's given me a play through option that it never gave me last month. I sent 1100 there today , either refund me back through one voucher or return my money via withdrawal option, instead of making me bet. This allowed me to withdraw just last month.the chat function makes you hold forever and the call centre is not available. Very frustrating experience. If you can't resolve please close my account down and explain how I will get my credits back.
