I deposit R30 into my Betway account via my banking app on the 25th of Feb. To date, no refund received. I emailed them 17 times my proof of payment. They are quick to take your money, but they need to pay you back, it's a huge process. Their response is a day after with the same email, over and over. It's R30 not R30000
