I forgot my login details and I requested to change my password via email it has been litterly a month later and I haven't received any response from betway yet if this is how they treat their customers then I don't want to be part of of this

We would like to apologize for this experience you have had, may we kindly ask that you please try this guide line should you have an error message please can you take a screenshot and email this to us using the below email address.
Please, make sure you are logged out of your Betway account, then you will have to click on the Login button which is located on the top right corner of your Betway page.
You will then have to click on Forgot password button and introduce your registered e-mail address and Date of Birth. The new password will be then sent to the confirmed e-mail address.
And as always, do not hesitate to contact us directly if you need any assistance: https://www.betway.co.za/contactpage.
