I lost my login details and been trying to get assistance,when im sending an email to their support dept they say emails takes longer to get a response i must use chat on their app,when i go to chat option they say im onthe queu,yoooo ive been on the queu since two months ago and been trying even today no assistance,im really not happy about their customer care.
