No Refund after game error but wager was debited

<div>&nbsp;I always used to use them, up until such a time where I placed a wager on Betway SA on a game called "Gold Blitz". Money was debited from my account, and the game gave an error so I was to be refunded. I have logged a query reference number: ***, and they saying that they cannot find any discrepancies. After I have provided a transaction summary which SHOWS the amount being debited and the error I received from the game. I do not care about the money, but for a reputable company to do this imagine if it is done to all the clients. It is the principle behind it.</div>
