No Payout on winning bets
I have been with Betway for over 5 years. but the last year or so I've had 5 instances of unsettled winning bets not getting paid out and just remaining unsettled. Every time I have to go on live chat and wait half a day to get any assistance if I am even able to get through at all. This is getting very tedious and frustrating. Latest winning bet has still not been paid out even after I was able to get through to live chat and they said they would escalate it. They said wait 24 hours. (that was 2 days ago). Either this issue gets fixed or Iam moving to another platform. enough is enough!
