No money credited to my account after making a deposit, and it's not the first time

I have deposited money via eft, still no money was credited to me, I have phoned countless time, they have provided me with a email address to send proof of payment but the email seems not to be monitored by anyone, when I try to speak to someone for some help they drop the call on my after waiting for 30min to speak to someone, still they don't care coz it's not their airtime wasted, just give me my dam money, so I can be done with betway, as you guys are of NO HELP
