No longer loyal

We are loyal but betway is not loyal.i spend so much of money with betway and i have received a loyal bonus at the end of 1 year and never received again. Am i no longer a loyal client. I will be moving from betway to hollywood betting.you dont even respond to my emails. They are offering me a better deal.

Spending so much and the way it was solved unbelievable. A company getting too big too soon is a problem i see.
