No feedback on my ****** winnings and not being able to withdraw funds

I have encountered horrible experience with Betway whereby. 1. My account was hacked and R12000 of my winnings was withdrawn. I called them and couldn't get assistance and was only told that it will be investigated and my account has been blocked from being used and only way to unblock it was for me to submit all my details again and increase security. To make matters worse the ******* banking details are still on my profile

They never got back to me regarding the investigation.

They ended up reopening my account to use and now that I have used it and won I am not able to do a withdrawal of the funds in my account. I have tried doing it through EFT using the bank details I had provided but it came back as returned. I tried again do an e wallet it keeps on coming back as returned.

Now of late if you call the lines are always busy and always referring you to the chat bot. Which doesn't even help with anything. I've spent almost 100mins of my airtime just trying to get through to someone. I've tried sending a message of their social media platforms as X but still no help.
