Never rate less than average or else!8812

Please dont rate the service rendered by the chat agents anything under average because should you need further assistance , you will be put on hold for an agent to be available "Forever". I was requested to send the front pic of my ID first, then told to exit the chat and start a new one so I can also send the back of my ID card. This after I tried taking pics so many times but could not, only the dies Patience decide to tell me that i actually have to log out first before j can continue. I conquered and was requested to rate the service first of which I did and gave it an average rating and a 7 for recommendation, guess what after the avarage rating, now I am not being answered/assisted anymore, I have been holding online for almost an hour busy trying to get assistance but I guess I'll never get it.
