Nedbank send imali refund not paid after hours since it was escalated

I made a a Nedbank send imali withdrawal yesterday, the withdrawal number and pin were sent to me at around 6pm. This morning when I tried to withdraw the money, it says it’s been reversed back into the betway account and betway is now dragging its feet to pay the refund. What a terrible company to trust with our hard earned money.
