MY Piece Of Mind.

Please don't be confused about my rating when compared to my review, i will not judge Betway souly on one bad experience i had, although it was and still is the most painful ever experience i felt ever. I'm a unemployed father of 4 (Aged:1,3,5,9) who i live and take care of using my occasional jobs and minor repairs which i do in and around my community. So as you can probably guess it's a bumpy ride with a lot of difficult times struggling to keep food on the table on a daily basis... So now and then i try my luck on online casinos and non of which i love more than betway, as everything has been smooth sailing for years without any hick-ups. That is why i always tried other online casinos but always ended back on betway. I'm never had a big win anywhere and always felt lucky just for the extra bucks no and then. One thing i haven't had in a very long time is a beautiful proud and pleasing Festive season because i didn't have the luxury and funds, not even a though about it. Earlier this month i had been taken in tears and joy no words could describe, so much so i promised and planned to treat my kids with undamaged shoes, warm clothes and proudness, that this year there won't be any staying indoors because of being ashamed of not having and wearing what their friends will. That is all because for the very first time ever i was playing and reached a acc balance of over R13,000 with potential to rise even higher. Was So happy i hugs and told my kids of the blessing we were going to have this season, with tears in my eyes and a proudness i never had as a father. I was "AS THEY SAY" on a roll" and made a single mistake of login out because of having to deal with my responsibilities as a father... Change my youngest nappie. After that i went on to log in again and the RED MESSAGE OF DEAD READ... Your Account Has Been Locked. Two weeks past and today i am knocked out and down, pride shredded to pieces and unable to look my kids in the eyes cause Since being locked out it was all downhill from there. Struggled to get hold of and after getting hold of betway i was told all kinds of excuses from account being compromised, to having to FICA etc. After all that difficult road to cross i was back in and decided to withdraw R10,000. Normally and without the need to fica, i was able to withdraw via Standard Bank I.M.V via my mobile device and registered phone number, which was as easy as 123, just took the voucher number and pin to the atm and withdrew cardless. But this time two days went by then on the third day i started loosing hope. Didn't now why my money wasn't going trough and contacting Betway was a roller coaster ride, so i ended up reversing and playing the money with hopes of rising the funds but with my mind totally out of what i was doing. Finally i was left with less than a R1000 (+/-) then suddenly got a reply on Betway Chatroom, after waiting forever in the queue. Guess why i couldn't withdraw my funds... because Betway accountant blocked my withdrawal, awaiting on me to first do a password reset before my funds could be released. Info that they could've easily shared with me on the first few hour of noticing my withdrawal request, as simple and easy as it was for them to notify me of my account being locked. But i guess they figured i knew hence why they didn't bother to inform me for three days trying to withdraw my honestly won rewards. But Still i do feel that 5 Stars are fit for Betway because other than this very deep and painful way i had and then lost a dream becoming true. Past years of my experience on Betway was top notch, only hope i can find or be offer relief by Betway for the most untimely manner and unprofessional way i being serviced as a loyal betway client..
