My mental health

I played Betway a couple of days back played and when I got 17k there was a glitch like a system error and I lost my 17k I reported it to Dyllan from Betway and he investigated the situation,at time when the incident happened I didn't think of taking a screenshot my heart literally almost stopped,I just said not again God not again ,Dyllan came back to me and he could only refunded me with 3000 rnd I'm grateful for it but joh a whole 14k just so gone Infront of my eyes ,the last couple of days I couldn't sleep or eat ,I was really hit bad loosing that much ,my heart is broken,my mental health is in a state ,I'm just sharing my loss with everyone
