My experience with Betway has been a mixed bag. On the one hand, their online platform is user-friendly, and I appreciate the variety of sports and games they offer. However, I've encountered some issues with withdrawals, particularly with receiving my PIN for Shoprite money market withdrawals. Despite reaching out to their customer support, it took some time to resolve the issue. Overall, while Betway has its strengths, there's room for improvement in their customer service and withdrawal processes.
