I am very disappointed with Betway South Africa.

Betway locked my account and is asking for FICA documents, but the DOCUMENT UPLOAD section is closed. I cannot upload anything.
I contacted Betway last week and they told me to wait 2 hours and try again. It has now been over 7 DAYS and it is still locked. I still cannot upload or access my account.
My money is stuck and I cannot use my account. This is unfair.
I am requesting Betway to: 1. Immediately open the upload portal on my account 2. Allow me to complete FICA 3. Restore full access to my account
Please resolve this urgently today. Thank you in advance

I am now running out of patience. This delay is unacceptable. I have money in my account that I won fairly and I need to withdraw it urgently. I am broke and I need my money today.

2. Allow me to upload my FICA documents again
3. Give me back my account so I can collect my winnings
