Money withdrawal

I withdraw money from betway and waited for so many days even though it says money will be paid within 24hours.

I contacted them via live chat and they told me that the problem is with bank, however I requested the proof that the money was indeed paid from their side so that I can contact the bank, even now I am still waiting for it. No one is willing to assist me with my money.
